Khorasan flour is made from an ancient grain. The grain itself is twice the size of modern-day wheat, and is known for its rich, nutty flavour. Studies has shown that Khorasan flour increases antioxiant protection. It also contains high levels of zinc, which has many immune system benefits and promotes healthy thyroid function. The magnesium contained within the grain also strengthens bone tissue and is packed full of simple and complex carbohydrates. Best of all, it tastes great!
